Material enters cutting unit after uncoiling and leveling, adopts patented machine tool structure to feed and cut the figure, and then finishes cutting and cutting through the output of transmission platform. Features:

Uncoiling rack: load 1-20 tons of coil material, stepless variable speed regulation, tight oil pressure, positive reversal of a key conversion, fast and convenient feeding and receiving, equipped with loading trolley, making loading labor-saving, efficient, not damaging material and more convenient storage. Expansion diameter: 450mm-620mm.

Feeding unit: patented design for company, using patented technology feeding way, with servo motor, to achieve feeding high precision, high speed, a variety of feeding mode, feeding completed, automatic feedback, automatic return to zero to correct the size and remove the accumulated error, servo automatic compensation and other functions.

Cutting unit: the machine adopts professional structure, aging annealing treatment, transmission mechanism adopts high-precision guide rack, cooperate with Fuji Servo Motor, make the machine run high-speed and stable. The movement part of the bed is equipped with the automatic lubrication system, with the German technology CNC system to make the equipment cutting smooth, fast, and high precision. Light source using IPG laser, cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet and other materials.

Transmission platform: using rolling platform transmission, can cooperate with a variety of related equipment, such as palletizing machine, production line transmission system, automatic folding machine, manipulator, etc.
